You will supervise Store Associates, assist with scheduling and payroll, manage merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor, and uphold company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and ensure safety.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
