Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment with exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays; protect and secure store assets and cash.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record-keeping tasks.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked, and neat store environment.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
