Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise and ensure seasonal areas are maintained.

You will participate in opening and closing procedures, follow corporate directives, protect assets, train and develop associates, and maintain a clean, safe store environment with a friendly, positive atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and ability to read, interpret and explain directives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
