You will assist with merchandise flow, protect assets, and uphold safety and company policies while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures; ensure store is clean and presentable.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling), and loss prevention.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash; adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
