Job summary

Dollar Tree in Manchester, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. This part-time role requires hands-on leadership and a customer-focused approach.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and training Store Associates while maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing duties.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store areas.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
