Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Danbury, CT to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise associates, and ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.

You will organize merchandise flow, support opening/closing procedures, protect store assets, and uphold company policies. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
