Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is away.
• Lead store associates through training, goal setting, and follow-up on sales tasks.
• Administer disciplinary steps and maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering peaks when needed.
• Recruit and train staff on store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protection of inventory, funds and property.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness.
