Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Oxford, CT location.

You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, supervise associates, and ensure merchandise is stocked and displays are maintained.

This part-time role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and a commitment to safe, friendly service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Assist customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store areas and protect assets.
