Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Farmington, CT location to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help train and supervise associates.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior retail management experience. You should be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs, providing excellent service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and daily activities.
