Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, helpful approach.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open/close procedures and follow corporate directives.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Ensure clean, stocked, and well-organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets and cash, enforce policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
• Perform bathroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash and general upkeep.
