We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our vibrant store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a hero in your store, capable of handling any challenge while driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

What You'll Do
  1. Support your Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store objectives.
  2. Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate, collaborative team.
  3. Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion, social media, and store services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  4. Provide operational leadership, balancing sales, delegation, and customer service.
  5. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.
  6. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
  7. Analyze sales data to inform strategies for reaching targets.
  8. Merchandise the store effectively, ensuring timely promotion launches.
  9. Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop high-performing, customer-focused team members.
What You'll Need
  1. 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture.
  2. Proven success in team leadership, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
  3. Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.
  4. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
  6. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $18.70 - $21.50 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
