We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who enjoys executing visual content and supporting marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our real estate marketing and leasing team with digital design, short-form video editing, social media support, and light administrative marketing tasks.
This is an execution-only role - no strategy, SEO, copywriting, or campaign planning required. You will work from the provided instructions, templates, and content.
- Edit short-form videos (10–45 seconds) for Reels, Stories, and ads
- CapCut preferred; Canva Video or InShot acceptable
- Upload and post property and job listings in AppFolio (training provided)
- Upload and schedule social media posts using provided content
- Perform light website updates (WordPress / Elementor)
- Organize and maintain marketing files and digital assets
- Review a small number of recorded leasing calls using a checklist (light QA, less than 1 hour per week)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Content Creator, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong Canva skills (Adobe experience is a plus, not required)
- Experience posting content on Facebook and Instagram
- Comfortable following checklists and structured instructions
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent with deadlines
- Real estate or property management experience
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
- Light call review or quality assurance experience
- 100% remote role
