Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to lead the mall store with the Store Manager. You’ll drive sales, recruit and develop a strong team, and promote new products and promotions to boost customer engagement.

Successfully manage operations, payroll, and scheduling while maintaining shrink control and delivering a best-in-class in-store experience for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• Ability to develop and coach a team to success.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and promotions to drive customer engagement.
• Provide leadership for operations, delegation, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
