Hot Topic in the mall is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development while driving customer engagement and promotions.

You’ll manage operations, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising, build a high-energy team, and communicate trends with HQ. Lift up to 50 pounds; 1–2 years of retail management preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
