Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a fashion- and pop culture-loving Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team and guest experience. You will train new recruits, drive sales, and help achieve store targets while sharing your fandom knowledge.

You will open/close the store, run the register, and support stock rooms and merchandising. Collaboration, coaching, and a strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• In-store retail experience preferred, with strong knowledge of products and customers.
• Excellent communication, time management and professional demeanor required.
• Ability to lead and develop peers and work with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Open or close the store and cover the sales floor as needed.
• Process transactions and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising and planogram changes.
• Collaborate with management to meet KPIs and sales targets.
