Job summary

SPENGA is seeking a manager in Columbus, OH to welcome and take care of members while driving sales and retention. The role requires 20-30 hours weekly with weekend shifts, partnering with the GM to set goals, selling memberships and retail, and maintaining a high-energy studio environment.

The position offers commission opportunities, free employee membership, and a vibrant, community-driven workplace with team events and discounts across fitness programs. Experience in fitness sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve on systems in place.
• Be present for in-studio and out-of-studio events.
• Train and provide feedback to our employees.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote and contribute to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
