SPENGA Montvale is seeking a dynamic manager to warmly welcome members, drive sales, and foster a positive studio environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a high level of customer service, and contribute to the growth of our community-focused fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or high-end service sales preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Certifications in personal training, group training, spin, or yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail products.

• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Previous sales experience is required; preferably high-end goods or services
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus
