ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated part-time Assistant Community Manager (25 hours per week) to help oversee properties in Jefferson, Whitewater, and Fort Atkinson.

The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing or property management and demonstrate strong organizational and customer service skills. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable with computer software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Onesite software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of residential properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and tenants.
• Support administrative tasks including records and reporting.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to maintain property standards and resident satisfaction.
