Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process work orders.
• Prepare violation letters and draft homeowner/vendor communications.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Review contract requirements and ensure compliance.
• Answer phone and respond to unit owner inquiries and emails.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations.
• Work Monday–Friday, 24 hours per week on site.
