Pay rate is $17.25 per hour. Candidates must be 21+, hold a Texas Level III Armed Certification, and possess a valid driver’s license. Duties include customer service, patrols, incident response, and reports, with a six-month anchor shift commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Valid driver’s license (driving positions only).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and disturbances and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols of the retail location including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and deter unauthorized behavior.
• Carry equipment and complete required reports and shift documentation.
