Candidates should have the required armed license and a college degree, plus 1+ year of security or 2+ years security supervision experience. This position provides training, growth, and opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years law enforcement experience OR 2+ years security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years security experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License.
• College degree required.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures and site policies at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deterunauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor and incident information.
• Prepare and communicate routine reports and observations to leadership and client representatives.
