Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and medical facility emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and staff access per site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, patrol activities, and other security concerns.
