Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal may conduct a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintaining visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Communicate clearly with site contacts, employees, visitors, and emergency responders.
