Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies.
