Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and clients while following site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per property procedures.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, and access-control records and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report security-related issues per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter locations.
