Qualifications

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Subject to drug screening.
• Participate in industry-specific security training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and property management while following access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, and maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking, amenities, and perimeter locations.
• Communicate incidents and observations professionally to management and leadership.
