Qualifications

• Valid armed guard card or license.
• At least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, staff, and visitors while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter incidents and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, coordinating with responders and management.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.
