Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and security concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, entrances, and parking areas to deter threats.
• Monitor access points and document observations and incidents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and emergency responders.
