Job summary

LEGENDS & ASM GLOBAL operates the Box Office in Florence, SC, seeking a Ticket Seller to handle face-to-face interactions, ticket issuance, and cash handling with accuracy. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will provide event information, balance cash drawers with the manager, and maintain professional relations with patrons, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-year prior cash handling experience and excellent math skills; basic computer knowledge helpful.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team with coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with the public face-to-face.
• Open and/or close ticket window as required; issue tickets and handle payments with accuracy.
• Accurate accounting for ticket revenue and maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provide information to the public regarding tickets and facility events; direct issues to Box Office Manager/Director of Finance.
• Maintain a professional, organized work area and adhere to Box Office policies and procedures.
