Steadfast General Contractors Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team in an in-office setting. You will support the accounting department by inputting budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring timely billing across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities as the company expands its luxury residential portfolio in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
• Construction accounting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Input project budgets and buyout proposals into Procore.
• Process invoices and ensure accuracy, proper coding, and detailed documentation.
• Prepare and submit payment applications.
• Communicate with subcontractors to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Coordinate with project managers on billing and project-related financials.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the team.
