Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist at our Kansas City headquarters. Earn $20–$21 per hour with a flexible, in-office schedule of 25–30 hours per week.

You will coordinate with insurance companies, homeowners and project managers to ensure timely payments for completed projects. The role includes follow-ups on payments, setting up payment plans, maintaining accurate records and supporting back-office tasks such as invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies on pending payments for completed projects.
• Act as the go-between for Project Managers, insurance companies and homeowners.
• Set up payment plans with homeowners when needed.
• Find hard-to-reach debtors and start the recovery process.
• Keep clear, accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Help with related back-office work such as invoicing and permits/licensing.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
