Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist at our Kansas City headquarters. Earn $20–$21 per hour with a flexible, in-office schedule of 25–30 hours per week.

You will coordinate with insurance companies, homeowners and project managers to ensure timely payments for completed projects. The role includes follow-ups on payments, setting up payment plans, maintaining accurate records and supporting back-office tasks such as invoicing.

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or insurance claims.

Do you like solving problems, following through and getting paid what’s owed? Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a part-time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll make sure our completed roofing projects get paid by working with insurance companies, homeowners and our Project Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with insurance companies on pending payments for completed projects
