Job summary

Fox Valley Park District is seeking a Part-Time IMRF Aquatic Administrative Assistant in Aurora, IL. The role supports year-round Vaughan Aquatic Center operations, seasonal facilities, and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma required.
• Must have two years customer service experience.
• Strong and effective communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with aptitude to learn other applications.
• Experience in RecTrac Recreation software is a plus.
• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties for Vaughan Aquatic Center year-round and seasonal facilities.
• Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with programming administrative tasks and maintain statistics.
• Provide guest services at the Vaughan Aquatic Desk and schedule private swim lessons.
• Assist with birthday party/rental scheduling and bookings.
• Support aquatic customer service and related tasks as needed.
