Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. in Prineville, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for part-time work (20 hours/week). You will maintain buildings and grounds, perform minor painting, plumbing, and janitorial tasks, and help keep units rent-ready.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs up to $300, coordinating with the Community Manager, inspecting safety systems, and traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in electrical, plumbing and painting trades.
• Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on buildings, including minor repairs and routine painting.
• Manage repairs up to $300; PM approval required above $300.
• Maintain sidewalks, landscaping, and property grounds.
• Prepare maintenance requests and keep logs current.
• Respond to after-hours calls and travel between sites as needed.
