Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in apartment or general repairs.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues; training provided.
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Work independently and with a team to keep communities clean and functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
• Participate in snow removal when required (nights/weekends during storms).
