Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a part-time Leasing Assistant to lease apartments and provide exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and retention. The role involves phone sales, property tours, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs in a community-focused environment.

The position requires excellent communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work 25 hours per week with a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Language skills: read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and information.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community in a professional manner.
• Coordinate move ins and move outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals; assist retention efforts.
• Assist in rent collection and providing account information to supervisors.
• Support resident relations and enforce community rules and regulations.
• Write work orders and update Yardi system as needed.
