This part-time role (20-29 hours per week) emphasizes customer service, sales, and fast-paced, people-focused work. Weekdays are required, plus three Saturdays per month to accommodate residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong sales and communication skills.
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Organized and results-oriented with high energy and professionalism.
• Must be able to walk the community and tour apartments, including stairs.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Must be available weekdays and three Saturdays per month.

• Rent collection — Collect rent and support delinquency follow‑up
• Office operations — Perform general administrative and customer service duties
