Kittle Property Group is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate to drive apartment occupancy and deliver exceptional resident service. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs while maintaining compliance and community standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic math, and MS Office skills. No prior experience required; training includes fair housing and leasing coursework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and present information.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide by 10s and 100s.
• Basic computer skills with beginner MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewal processes.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and property standards.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures as directed.
• Write and track work orders, update Yardi records, and follow up.
• Assist manager with rent collection and delinquency handling.
• Provide account information to supervisor and credit agencies.
