Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join our team. Under direct supervision of the Property Manager, you will perform general office, administrative, and leasing duties to deliver excellent customer service to prospective, current, and future residents.

Key responsibilities include answering calls, lead tracking and tours, rent collection, and coordinating move-ins. Strong MS Office skills and prior sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and handling inquiries.
• Leasing functions including lead tracking, prospect follow-ups, and generating new leads.
• Sorting office mail and maintaining filing systems.
• Scheduling and conducting tour appointments with prospective residents.
• Collects rent and issues receipts; prepares move-ins packets and keys.
