Responsibilities

• Work with Accounting Team to keep AP Inbox up to date
• Invoice Management and Data Entry: Match AP invoices to POs or get approvals; Verify invoice accuracy, assign coding, and add invoices to accounting software
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable statements with vendor statements and follow up with vendors for any missing invoices
• Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries by communicating with internal staff
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, including issues with purchase orders, contracts, or payments
• Future potential added task – Payment Processing: cut and mail checks
