Job summary

Great Hearts Foundation is seeking an Alumni Relations Coordinator in Phoenix to build and grow our alumni engagement program. You will work with academy leadership, counselors, Development, Marketing, Data Services, and volunteers to create scalable alumni networks that support mentoring, volunteering, communications, events, and future philanthropy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in higher education preferred.
• 1–3 years in alumni relations or related nonprofit work.
• Experience with events, communications, and volunteer programs a plus.
• Experience using CRM or constituent databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a network-wide alumni engagement strategy.
• Build relationships with alumni through outreach, meetings, and events.
• Plan reunions, networking events, campus visits, and volunteer opportunities.
• Maintain alumni records and support data reporting.
• Collaborate with academy leadership, counselors, and marketing to share alumni stories.
