Job summary

Pellissippi State Foundation in Knoxville is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Alumni Coordinator to support alumni engagement and communications from the Hardin Valley campus. Under the Director of Annual Giving and Donor Engagement, you will focus on keeping alumni informed and involved and assisting with Foundation and College events.

Responsibilities include creating alumni features, coordinating communications via email and social media, supporting graduation activities, planning engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in communications, marketing, social media, event planning, alumni relations, public relations, customer service, higher education, nonprofit organizations, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop alumni features, including interviews, content creation, and social media preparation.
• Assist alumni communications via email, social media, and other methods to promote stories and events.
• Support graduation activities and collaborate with the Commencement Committee.
• Plan and implement alumni engagement opportunities and provide event support for Foundation and College events.
• Maintain accurate alumni information, records, and materials.
