David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative in Monroeville to welcome customers, manage appointments, and support alterations, pressing garments and checkout processes. The role emphasizes delivering a five-star customer experience across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

The CSR will work closely with the Alterations team, promote services and personalization options, and maintain store standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations process and appointments.
• Assist with inventory, checkout transactions, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
• Support the Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues and maintain a clean, organized alterations area.
