Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Ability to obtain required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Clear communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Agent.
