SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. is seeking a part-time Airport Guest Services Agent in Baltimore. You will assist arriving and departing cruise guests at the airport, meet and greet, escort, and coordinate transportation.

The role requires a positive, efficient, professional demeanor, ability to work with the public, and strong English communication. Flexibility to work mornings or other shifts and to handle luggage flow at the pier.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer general questions accurately and pleasantly.
• Maintain courteous, respectful demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Display signage visibly.
• Assist in luggage area and remain accessible.
• Direct guests to check-in or waiting areas.
• Qualify guests for transfers and consult manifests.
• Sell transportation/services and document transactions.
• Provide transportation and pier information per manuals.
• Handle guests with special needs respectfully.
• Escort guests to buses and manage crowd flow.
• Perform end-of-day luggage sweeps and report leftovers.
• Clean workstation and submit paperwork; take on ad hoc duties.
