Job summary

• Weekend, after-hours, and short-notice availability as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests through terminal, check-in areas, and boarding processes.
• Answer questions and provide information about boarding and sailing.
• Escort guests needing wheelchair assistance during embarkation and debarkation.
• Assist guests with locating luggage and completing lost luggage forms.
• Verify travel documents and register guests in the system.
• Provide guests with stateroom keys and boarding information.
