Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must acquire and maintain credentials including fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Pre-employment requirements may include drug screen, hearing and vision checks.
• Available to work any shift; day or night, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Process passenger information accurately and ensure flights are sent out on time.
• Resolve passenger issues per company policies during flight interruptions.
• May assist in the Baggage Service Office and handle passenger inquiries.
