Job summary

After-School All-Stars Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to supervise and assist in the daily after-school enrichment program for K-12 students. Under supervision, you will ensure a safe, engaging environment and support in academic and recreational activities from 2:00PM to 6:30PM on weekdays.

Responsibilities include leading planning, maintaining a 20:1 ratio, coordinating with school staff and guardians, and ensuring safety, attendance tracking, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED with additional education/exam requirements as noted.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to incidents calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in planning and implementing the daily after-school program.
• Maintain a 20:1 student ratio and recruit/retain participants.
• Coordinate with school staff, guardians, and community leaders; ensure safety and program quality.
