Our mission is to create a welcoming, safe, and caring environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development to empower youth to become engaged, productive citizens.

We are hiring an After School Group Supervisor for part-time hours, Monday through Friday 1-6 PM or 2:30-6 PM, with 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs.
• Background checks completed as required by DHS.
• Excellent communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and well-being of children during the afterschool program.
• Design, coordinate, and implement educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Provide academic assistance and guidance on homework tasks.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the afterschool experience.
