Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in early childhood education or related field.
• Valid Montessori credential with 480 hours experience.
• Valid child development associate credential with 480 experience.
• HS diploma or GED with coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the administration of designated Club programs and activities.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for designated program space.
• Establish Club program objectives aligned with goals and mission.
• Oversee day-to-day program activities per standards and goals.
• Encourage participation across program areas to develop skills.
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure safety and development of members.
• Discuss supply/equipment purchases within budget with area club director.
• Submit written lesson plans with daily objectives on schedule.
• Communicate with external groups, schools, parents, and directors.
• Collect data and prepare regular reports for programs and funding.
